How do I arrange for a captioner?  

The meeting host can set this up with coordinators.na@ai-media.tv(link sends e-mail), our contact at ACS (Alternative Communications Services). Duke's ACS contact will arrange for a captioner to be an attendee. The meeting host would assign them as the captioner. Details are shown in the next step.

How far in advance do I need to schedule a live captioner?  

As much as possible, but a day or two will work. 

How much is live human-generated captioning going to cost? 

About $100 per hour.

How would billing work?  

ACS generally will invoice weekly, but they are flexible.  You will need to provide the name/email of who to invoice. Contact Duke Access and Accommodation Services for help getting set up with a vendor.
