That is a loaded question. Instead, we will start with an easier question: "How can I tell if my PDF is not accessible?".
These three short videos will demonstrate what it means for a PDF to be accessible. For the sake of this video, "accessible" means WCAG 2.0 AA compliant. It is not a comprehensive "how-to" guide because comprehensive deep-dive video resources already on the topic. This video is meant to make the topic more accessible to the average person.
